ARE THESE PAUL STINE'S GLASSES ?

One of the first police officers at the scene of the Presidio Heights murder was Armond Pelissetti, he described finding Paul Stine slumped over the passenger side seat with his head in the floor well and this makes perfect sense as this is where the majority of blood had pooled. Whether or not he fell or was pulled into this position is not up for debate, however one question has always divided the Zodiac community. What happened to Paul Stine's glasses. If his glasses stayed on after the initial shot and he had fell or been dragged to a position where his head was in the passenger side well, is it not likely this is where his glasses were jolted off his head or had been dislodged by the passenger side compartment.
The question is, are these Paul Stine's glasses lying damaged and upside down on the passenger side floor well. The lower edge of the frames not catching the light of the flash photography as they are immersed in the blood pool.

I think that the pair of Size seven Leather Gloves your looking at Rich, not Paul's Glasses. Just my opinion. If you look jut below the area where light is reflecting off it, you can see a mass or what appears to be a black cloth type material. Plus, if Paul's specs were found laying on the floor of the passenger well, they would surely have said or listed as such in the evidence. They didn't, but they did list size 7 black leather gloves found in exactly that area you point to.

Yes, I am still not sure what I'm looking at, but above are you referring to that comprehensive evidence list and 2 page police report lol. By the way I know it wasn't totally accurate but did you notice Toschi lifted the bullet from the front right foot well, but the gloves from the rear left passenger side seat in the Zodiac 2007 movie. I still do not know definitively where these gloves were alleged to have been found or even if they belonged to a previous fare.

Read the above and smiled to myself while saying, "Fair point Richard, 1-0 to you :-)

You can imagine cant you the day the different Agencies were all brought together to share their information and evidence gathered in their Zodiac Investigations. Napa, Solano, Benicia etc all sharing their multitudes of reports, evidence and data and Ken Narlow turning and asking "So Dave, what evidence does the SFPD have on your Zodiac Homicide?" Toschi stands, opens a huge folder and begins.... "Gentleman, here is the results of the San Francisco Police Dpt investigation into the homicide of the cab driver committed by Zodiac, along with it's concluding report...All one and a half pages of it." Narlow would probably later go tell his Dpt's officers "He brought one f****** police report of two pages, two pages! And this is the inspiration for Dirty Harry! Super-Cop? Super-Flop more like!" Hehe

And as for the Gloves.... they were taken by the SFPD and stored as Evidence. Evidence of what mind I don't think the SFPD themselves know. They didn't bother trying to discover if a previous customer had left them or if they belonged to the offender as far as I can determine. Maybe that's why Zodiac came up with his concrete fingers faff, because He wanted to suggest the gloves were not his because He had cemented his legacy with a concrete defense, so to speak.
Oh yeah, I think I asked previously Rich whether we can say for sure that SFPD compared the bloody print found at the cab to Stine, Armond, Toschi, paramedics etc and basically eliminate anyone who had the potential to leave the print accidentally.

Well, I read the FBI reports the other day and in one of the documents it states that they did carry out an elimination process by comparing prints of Paul and others etc and the report stated that they found one print on the cab exterior that they could say with certainty matched Paul Stine. Only one, but they did not say whether this was the blood smeared print or not. They also found prints on Drivers Exterior door handle and can't remember where else now, but several were discovered.

Always be wary when the photographs of the crime scene outnumber the words in the police report. In the photographs of the taxicab it looks like everyone but Tom Cobbelly is standing by the door of the cab. I'm sure Skippy the Kangaroo is there somewhere. In all honesty the blooded fingerprints should be Zodiac's, but even these prints are not clarified as whether they are fingerprints with blood on them or blood impressions. Crime scene preservation left a lot to be desired back in 69, but surely somebody looked over the police report and realized it wasn't War and Peace.

Incidentally, and very likely just coincidence but one worth making a reference to, when Kane was stopped by Sgt. Anderson of Nye Sheriffs Office on the night/early hours that Dana Lull was abducted, Sgt. Anderson recalls A female sorta slumped in the passenger side and that He found it odd that she did not turn to look back at him to see what was going on and asked Kane if she was OK? Kane stated yes, but that due to their overnight travelling she was simply asleep and He didn't wish to wake her. Anderson also made a note that the suspect was wearing a pair of Black Leather Gloves.

the gloves belong to another victim, the glasses are the trophy and the keys and wallet was more important to ZODIAC and last the glasses in the taxy ZODIAC place it guess why............

No they aren't. Paul Stine's glasses were not left at the Crime scene.
