While browsing the different Forums, Chat Boards and Z themed Sites, I happened across a thread in which A Retired LE Detective brings up a document that He stumbled across in the Files that He says jumped out at Him as it appeared to Name a Suspect that was ID'd by a witness who referred to as 'Eight year old,,,'
This was long before I filed the third FOIA for the same Document and Suspects Name to be released with success and this Detective makes several statements or assertions which, in brief, are as follows:
He points out that both before coming across this Document He Himself had spoken at length to both Lindsey & Rebecca Robbins who were the initial witnesses who were having a party when they saw the cab & it's driver being (as they initially believed) being assaulted and robbed thus subsequently they called cops. The Ret. Detective said post-document discovery, while He did not know who the Identified suspect named in it was, He went back and spoke again with Rebecca. She stated that they (Her and Lindsey) were never asked to Identify a suspect by any means or method, ie A subject driven back passed their house in squad car, nor were they asked to go to a police station to ID someone from a standard Photo Line-up and said they themselves are not aware of any other witnesses from that night in question, aged 8 or otherwise, and nobody in Law Enforcement ever mentioned it to them.
He also stated that He himself had heard rumbles and/or rumours that He said were 'Persistent' that on the Night itself, a police vehicle was said to have stopped A Subject on Jackson Street, a brief exchange take place between this White Male and A Police Officer who had exited His vehicle to speak with this 3rd party before said Cop then opened His Cruisers rear door and the Subject, not with any resisting nor cuffed, got in the back seat seemingly of His own free choice.
Now I don't know, I can't offer evidence to support that scenario other than to call into question once again just why it took Fouke several minutes to get from having just passed through Washington Intersection on Presidio Avenue to Jackson and Maple when it takes a driving time, at the speed limit of 25MPH, 30 seconds! Fouke in His own words stated He was travelling approx. 35 -40 Miles per Hour on the 25 MPH street so He should get to Maple on jackson in 15/20 seconds, not 3 to 5 Minutes! Where was He, what accounts for this Missing time? Maybe, just Maybe, He was transporting His priority passenger out of that Danger Zone where an armed Maniac is loose!

At 40, He should get to Jax and Maple in 45 seconds, doing 45 MPH takes 5 seconds less and He should take less than three quarters of a single minute. It's not only Pelissetti that claims He arrived on scene, hurded the Robbins kids back to their home where He spoke with them briefly before returning to His Radio Car to issue a correction of suspect race then having time to check Mr Stine who was slumped in the cab and determining He was, quote "99.9 certain He was dead" before walking slowly down Cherry to it's intersection with Jackson before Fouke speeds up. It's also Zodiac and His declaration of "About 3 MIN after I left the cab I was walking down the Hill when this cop car pulled up and one of them called Me over..."
Three Minutes States Zodiac, 180 seconds! Just over FOUR times longer than it should have taken Fouke if, as He claims, He responded to the 'Initial Radio Broadcast of a Shooting at Cherry and Washington Streets." Why?
