Next is a Document that the FBI/DOJ held with a list of redacted names that are POI's in this Investigation. Of the many names listed, three were released to Me via the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act. The remaining redacted names the DOJ have penciled next to them the words: No record

This may challenge the long held notion that Paul and Zodiac coincidentally crossed paths that night back in 1969, and according to HH report, Toschi had told him personally over the phone that they, the San Francisco Police Dpt, had determined that Zodiac had rang the Yellow Cab Co. and booked a Taxi. Quite How this works and is even relevant to the case as Proof is still not clear to me.
