ZKS The Draftboard Letter
Morf13 has obtained several archived letters, from the FBI and law enforcement down the years and this becomes the latest addition.
Entitled 'The Draftboard Letter', and mailed in the March of 1968, approximately ten months prior to the first confirmed murders of the Zodiac Killer at Lake Herman Road.
The letter is a rambling mixture of drawings and text, giving the impression the author is under the influence of drugs, in fact he claims this in the correspondence, stating 'PS I don't write so good on acid'. But was it the Zodiac Killer. You decide.
